BTS’ Jungkook finally got the chance to meet his biggest idol, Ariana Grande. The “Sweetener” singer could not also contain her excitement after meeting the K-Pop star.

On May 6, Jungkook attended Grande’s concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. After Grande’s performance, Jungkook had the opportunity to meet the singer backstage. Following their brief meeting, both Jungkook and Grande uploaded photos on their respective social media accounts.

Jungkook told his millions of followers on Twitter that seeing Grande’s performance challenged him to do better in his craft. He also vowed to try harder during his performances.

Grande, on the other hand, uploaded a photo of herself with Jungkook. In her caption, the “God Is A Woman” singer thanked Jungkook for coming to her show. She also told the Korean artist that she loves him so much.

Immediately after seeing Jungkook and Grande’s social media posts, fans of the latter, who call themselves Arianators, couldn’t contain their excitement. One Twitter user said that she can’t wait for a collaboration announcement since Grande loves Jungkook and vice versa.

Another Grande fan couldn’t help but gush over the fact that Grande used her photo with Jungkook as her phone’s wallpaper. Another fan called their photo legendary. One fan also said that the two artists look cute together.

However, there were also individuals who claimed that Grande and Jungkook’s photo may have been edited. After all, the Korean artist did not upload a photo of himself with Grande.

Meanwhile, Elite Daily is also speculating on the possibility of Grande collaborating with Jungkook. The publication noted the fact that BTS collaborated with Halsey on “Boy With Luv” after sparking a sweet friendship with the artist.

Since Jungkook and Grande are now friends, the two artists may eventually decide to work together. However, since Grande is busy with her with ongoing tour and BTS also just kicked off their live performances, it is highly unlikely that a collaboration would be in the works soon. Still fans of Grande and Jungkook are hopeful that new music from both artists will be released when their schedules free up.
