Kamala Harris’s recent electoral visit to Cleveland grabbed eyeballs, as the Senator appeared to be clueless about many things while greeting supporters on Saturday. “Hello…Cleveland?” enquired a visibility uncertain Harris, who was caught on a hot mic asking an aide what city she was in right before her speech campaign stop in Ohio.

The Californian lawmaker’s blooper made the rounds online, and with the clip being shared by famous retweeters like the president’s son, Eric Trump. The footage was captured by C-SPAN. In another clip, Harris is seen messing up on the COVID-19 tallies as well. She mentioned how COVID-19 resulted in “over 220 million” fatalities – instead of 224,000.

The senator’s visit to the Buckeye State comes just in time before the presidential election, which also entailed a quick visit to Cuyahoga Community College. The visit was postponed to this week after one of her staffers tested positive for COVID-19 last week.

Harris seemed to be her usual energetic self as she addressed the crowd of voters who gathered outside the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. “You are going to make the difference!” said Harris. “You are going to make the decision about your future, about your family’s future. It is through the voice of your vote, and you have the power,” she added, as reported by a local media outlet.

Harris urged voters to make a conscious choice while casting their vote and implored them to vote for Joe Biden, her running mate. “The power is with the people, and you know that. That’s why you’re standing in this line today, and I just came to say thank you!” she concluded.

The drama surrounding the U.S. presidential elections mounts, as the political fervor gathers pace. A Maryland man was arrested earlier last week after Federal Authorities nabbed him of inciting fear through threat-tactics.

James Dale Reed, a 42-year-old Frederick man allegedly placed a distressing note on the doorstep of a Biden loyalist.

“We have a list of homes and addresses by your election signs. We are the ones with those scary guns, We are the ones your children have nightmares about. The Boogeymen coming in the night,” wrote the 42-year-old in the inflammatory letter, detailing how he intended to cause harm to “Grandpa” Biden, Sen. Kamala Harris, and their supporters.
