For many, the passion for automobiles all started as early as the tender age of four, when some of us would pick up crayons to draw boxes on wheels. In fact, regardless of age, sketching cars can still be great fun!
In an innovative move in social marketing and crowd-sourced design, aftermarket tuner Stillen is challenging all the amateur sketchers and designers out there to enter in their a design competition. The objective? To design Stillen's official 2013 Scion FR-S body kit.
For car enthusiasts that have always believed in their artistic chops but never had a chance to dive into the industry, Stillen's open competition is the perfect opportunity of a lifetime.
To enter, visit Stillen's contest site to learn the full details and download Stillen's templates. Participants will be responsible for designing the front lip, side skirts, and rear valance. To make things interesting, both digital renderings and hand drawn illustrations are accepted. The contest ends on August 14th so make sure your creation gets submitted in time.
The winner of the contest will not only see their creation brought to production, but will also win a two-night trip to SEMA for the official unveiling.
Good luck!
