Donald Sterling
People hold signs before the NBA playoff game 5 between Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California April 29, 2014. The National Basketball Association on Tuesday banned Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling from the game for life and fined him $2.5 million for racist comments that drew a storm of outrage from players, fans, commercial sponsors and even President Barack Obama. Donald Sterling wishes he would have paid V. Stiviano to stay silent about his racist comments and bigotry. The racist billionaire who was banned from the NBA supposedly told DuJour magazine that he would use his deep pockets to head off his racism if he could rewind the clock.

Sterling said referring to V. Stiviano, “I wish I had just paid her off.” He has reportedly been battling prostate cancer for years, and that his intensive treatment left him virtually impotent, a source close to Stiviano said. The source also said, “She was not his mistress. He had prostate cancer, and the treatment means you can’t get an erection. They had a very loving relationship, but they never had sex. She was the one taking care of him day and night. She loved him very much. You can hear it in the recording. She wanted to understand him and help him. He even told her she could have sex with anyone she wanted.”

V. Stiviano also said in an interview when she was asked if the owner was racist, “No, I believe it in my heart.” She added that she loved him like a father and he served as his protector. Then said, “I think he feels very alone, not truly supported by those around him. Tormented, emotionally traumatized.”
