Drama, drama, and more drama- that's what makes “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” one of the most-watched reality shows. And the episode that aired on December 2, 2019, was no less as we saw Khloe Kardashian receiving expensive jewellery from her ex, the Cleveland Cavaliers player, Tristan Thompson, who evidently got help from Khloe’s friend Malika Haqq in choosing the gift.

For all who have been living under a rock for the past decade or so, Tristan and Khloe parted ways nearly a year ago, following his multiple cheating scandals, with the latest being him hooking with Kylie Jenner confidante Jordyn Woods. The ex-couple also has a one-year-old daughter True together.

Getting the gift from him after such a long time left Khloe feeling “conflicted” as to what she should do next. Soon, Khloe’s friend, Malika Haqq admitted that she, along with her alleged boyfriend O.T. Genasis went behind her to helo Tristan to pick the beautiful diamond necklace for Khloe.

“Tristan reached out to see if we would help him give Khloé this gift. Of course, we said yes,” Malika said in the episode. “I think that Khloé’s priority is to have peace in her relationship with Tristan. And if this is just one step toward him showing her that he wants her to feel better, I think it’s good.”

While Malika and Khadijah actions may have had the purest of intentions, they received a lot of backlash from KUWTK fans as they were not happy about the fact that the duo was trying to patch Khloé back together with a person who cheated on her.

"I think it’s weird that Malika did help Tristan especially after everything that happen. And to say you know for a fact your friends would never hurt you, you don’t know that. Look what happen to @Kylie and Jordyn,” said one of the fans on Twitter.

But Khloe Kardashian was having none of that as she slammed the fans for their negative reviews about her friends. "I keep seeing people criticizing my best friends. My best friends would never do anything to hurt me. I can say that with full confidence! You guys don’t know the entire story. EVER!!” she wrote in a series of now-deleted tweets.

"You watch 44 minutes of an episode and really think you know it all," Khloe wrote. "Stop talking about my friends. Focus on your own lives, which I’m pretty sure is NOT perfect. People love to have an opinion when they’re behind a computer screen. I’m fine with opinions. Just make sure you live the life you so quickly judge others about."

She reprimanded her fans for their negative comments on her friends as “they are nothing but incredible.”

And while she deleted her tweets for reasons she alone knows, Khloe Kardashian took to Instagram next to post a rather long entry about her desire to have peace.

“I'm seeing a lot of commentary about last weeks episode of keeping up with the Kardashians. As much as I hate speaking on all of this because I'm sure everybody is so over it, as am I, but I’m frustrated that people try to create something that's really not there,” she posted. “I don't hold any negative or hateful feelings toward ANYONE!! I mean that. Life is short! We are all humans trying to figure out this thing called life.”

“Who am I to condemn anyone else? Yes, I'm allowed to feel hurt and pain. It would be unnatural for me to pretend as if I don't. Personally, I don't want to be carrying around a hateful heart. I crave peace in my life. Me holding onto hate is only going to hurt me in the end,” she said. She further added that she has forgiven Jordyn as does not want to “pollute” her heart and is “allowed to forgive” as “forgiveness is a strength and not a weakness.”
