It looks like Venezuelan actor Fernando Carrillo, known for telenovelas such as “Rosalinda” and “María Isabel” is in trouble with the authorities yet again. Carrillo, who had been arrested back in 1999 for drug possession, is now facing sexual assault charges for forcing a kiss to a security guard in Miami. According to the police report, Carrillo was arrested back in November 2014 after Beline Castor, a woman who works as a security guard in the building where Carrillo lives in Miami, Florida, accused him of force-kissing her.

According to the document, the actor and singer approached Castor and went behind the counter, where she was working, grabbed her head with his two hands and kissed her on the lips. Castor pushed him away but Carrillo insisted he couldn’t help it because she has “a big butt.” When police arrived at the scene and questioned Carrillo, he allegedly admitted to have kissed her and added that he didn’t see what the big deal was, since that’s how people interact in Venezuela.

However, when he went to court over the case Carrillo denied the whole situation and said that he had only kissed her on the cheek. The judge didn’t believe his version, however, and declared him guilty. He was sentenced to do community service but Carrillo insists he will appeal the court’s decision.
