Actor Val Kilmer donned the Batman suit in 1995 and gave his take on the controversial oral sex scene on Catwoman. It was his response to the creators of “Harley Quinn,” an animated spin-off of The Joker’s girl from the famed Batman series.

On his end, Kilmer bats that Batman would be down for any oral action via Twitter. That tweet has since been taken down but not after creating quite a fuss.

“We could give it a try — I’ll bring the wine,” read the now-deleted tweet of Kilmer. That included a picture of him and then leading lady Nicole Kidman.

The tweet was in response to a moment where Batman was going down on Catwoman. Executive producer and co-creator of the DC Entertainment-HBO Max series was told that heroes don’t do that kind of stuff, Variety reported.

“‘Are you saying heroes are just selfish lovers?,’ they were like, ‘No, it’s that we sell consumer toys for heroes. It’s hard to sell a toy if Batman is also going down on someone,’ ” Halper said.

For Kilmer, the tweet gained attention with most even taking some footage via another film where he starred on, “Top Gun.” One fan even chimed in and said that the 61-year-old may be into it.

Kilmer recently survived a high-profile battle with throat cancer. He is set to could return to the DC Extended Universe in some capacity similar to his upcoming return to “Top Gun: Maverick.” He will reprise his role as Iceman.

Considering Kilmer remains a memorable part of “Batman Forever,” the chances of seeing him return into the multiverse make sense. Michael Keaton, the same man that Kilmer succeeded, is currently shooting solo Flash adventure, starring Ezra Miller as the Scarlet Speedster. If there are further plans, the 61-year-old could get that call as well.
