Rockstar has announced this weekend that anyone playing "Grand Theft Auto Online" will be rewarded with double GTA$ and double RP. The bonuses will last today and tomorrow, and will apply to all Jobs and activities, ending at 12:00am ET.
The weekend bonuses lay out the way for the upcoming "High Life" update, set to arrive in spring. The update is expected to add new high-end apartments, wardrobe items and weapons. The update will also mark the debut of multi-property ownership in "Grand Theft Auto Online." This feature allows gamers to own two distinct properties simultaneously, with garages.
Also coming the "High Life" update is awesome new vehicles, including the Dinka Thrust motorcycle and the Pegassi Zentorno.
Additionally, the Capture Creator allows the Creator community to make their own custom Capture Jobs that they can add to the more than 3.5 million Deathmatches and Races currently available on Social Club.
Meanwhle Rockstar previously revealed players will be able to team up with friends and strangers to execute missions similar to those in "Grand Theft Auto V's" main story mode. No release date was announced for the missions, and a press release said to "stay tuned for much more information to come" but it is expected to release alongside the "High Life" update.
