How Former Power Couple Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Are Dividing Their Properties After Divorce

After almost two years of negotiations, former power couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's divorce settlement has been finalized. Now, there is a long list of properties that they are dividing between themselves.

As they have 21 properties, Kardashian will get "multiple" of them within Hidden Hills, reported Cosmopolitan. It includes the massive $60 million house where she lives in with her and West's kids. The list also includes houses in Malibu, Riverside and Idaho.

West will keep 300 acres in Calabasas, and houses in Malibu, Hidden Hills as well as Thousand Oaks. The rapper will also get to keep property and land in Wyoming, his childhood house in Chicago, and a property in Belgium. West had infamously purchased a house next door to Kardashian in 2021 during their divorce proceedings. According to TMZ, he is keeping it, but will transfer the ownership of another nearby property that was purchased in 2019 to Kardashian.

Apart from the property division, Kardashian and West's divorce settlement includes sharing joint physical and legal custody of their children. West also has to pay Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support. He is to be responsible for half of their security or education costs. But the two stars have waived spousal support.

A source told PEOPLE that Kardashian "didn't want the divorce to go to trial." The source added that West "ended up agreeing to most of the things that he opposed in the past." The insider shared that although Kardashian and West share custody, the reality TV star is the "primary caregiver." The source added that the two agreed that West needs to speak to Kardashian "in private about any complaints and not go public with them. She wants the kids to be protected." Kardashian reportedly hopes that "the co-parenting will be a bit easier from now on."

The couple share four kids -- Chicago, North, Psalm and Saint.

Kardashian and West were supposed to go to trial this month, but hammered out a settlement in the end of November. The two started dating in 2012 and married in May 2014, but their marriage landed in crisis at the height of West's public outbursts in 2020. At the time, he had launched a controversial bid for President of the America. He had divulged some personal details about his family and marriage on the campaign trail and on Twitter.
