Authorities arrested Isidro García for kidnapping a 15-year-old girl a decade ago, after the now 25-year-old victim approached her sister on Facebook. According to reports, García, 41, hid his victim's identity by moving around and giving her a fake name. After years of raping and beating her, he married her and fathered a child with his victim.

"I'm so happy and God-blessed to be with my family. That's what I want all the time. All the time, I cry for them, more for my mom and my sisters," said the alleged victim to ABC's Eyewitness News.

Authorities have revealed that García told his victim that her mother was not looking for her, but after reconnecting with her sister on Facebook, she learned that her family had been looking for her.

García has been arrested for the kidnapping, rape and false imprisonment of the minor. He is slated to appear in court on Thursday and is being held on a $1 million bond.

Here are 6 things to know about Isidro García and the case:

1. García was the boyfriend of the victim's mother. Her mother was suspicions that her boyfriend was sexually abusing her daughter, but did not have evidence.

2. García's victim entered the United States illegally from Mexico in February 2004 and spoke no English. She lived in Santa Ana, Calif. with her mother and sister.

3. García kidnapped the then 15-year-old girl after getting into a fight with her mother in August 2004. After the girl's mother left the house, the girl went to the park and García followed her. He reportedly threatened her, pointing out she's an illegal immigrant, and gave her five pills that knocked her out.

4. García got paperwork from Mexico that gave the victim a new date of birth and a new name in 2007. Using the false documents, he married his victim and authorities revealed their daughter was born in 2012.

5. The victim tried to escape twice, according to the authorities on the case, but was beaten.

6. Neighbors have given testimony that García worked two jobs and told them he wanted to save up enough money so his wife didn't have to work. His victim worked in the janitorial field. "He worked hard for me and my daughter and he bought everything I want. But I didn't want that," said the victim, whose identity is being protected, to KABC-TV. "I need love from my family, not things."
