Several people are continuously protesting against the unlawful and unfortunate death of George Floyd, who could not breather after he was nabbed by the police on the ground by his neck in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Protestors are taking to the streets to demand police’s accountability for brutality. While the entire world grieving the loss of Floyd’s life, the U.S. President Donald Trump seems least bit concerned.

While the hashtag #blacklivesmatter has started to trend globally, Ivanka Trump decided to post a verse from the Bible, which apparently did not go well with people considering the current outburst and the degree of police brutality.

Here is a snapshot of Ivanka’s tweet.

Rather than offering any guidance to the people or something of significance that will heal the wounds of the people who have been hurt by the incident, Ivanka decided to tweet something completely unrelatable that signifies nothing.

Ivanka’s tweet was criticized by several people and some of them even ended up posting other verses targeting the government and Trump’s actions and lack of empathy.

A few users even targeted Trump’s action of hiding in a bunker when the protests outside the White House raged.

It has been reported that Trump took shelter in a bunker for an hour as the protests raged with people throwing rocks and tugging at the police barricades. When the violence escalated outside the White House, the Secret Service agents pushed Trump to a bunker to hide him from any potential threat from the hundreds of protestors.

So far, the Secret Service agents and law enforcement officers have struggled to control the crowds.

Trump, on the other hand, has remained calm and casual as usual and instead of understanding the situation, has asked the authorities to use even a stronger force to manage the crowds.

“This isn’t going to stop until the good guys are willing to use overwhelming force against the bad guys,” said Buck Sexton, a conservative commentator, in a tweet, which was later shared by the president.

As the cities burned and people protested, Trump even went on to view the first manned space launch from the U.S. in Florida on Saturday, June 30. He returned and entered the White House under an under virtual siege.
