Halloween is right around the corner and some people have proven that they have no qualms with being insensitive. A Halloween costume depicting reality star Kim Kardashian has surfaced and many people are outraged.
According to Us Magazine, online retailer Costumeish is, currently selling a Halloween costume inspired by the 35-year-old’s Paris robbery. Word has spread like wildfire and many people are not pleased. Although the reality star is not named in the costume description, you can easily tell that the costume is inspired by the recent events.
The costume package includes a short whit robe, a long black wig, large sunglasses, a fake gag, two inches of rope and a fake “$4million dollar” ring. The costume description is also purely insensitive.
“This Halloween it's all about the #Hallomeme and who better than America's goddess of all things glamorous 'Parisian Heist Robbery Victim Costume?'" the costume's description reads. "She has devoted her life to promoting American decadence, youth, and hedonism but all that flashy living caught up with her one night in Paris when armed men bound her, stole her jewelry and her peace of mind. This Halloween have some fun with pop culture and dress just like the Queen of Social media."
Social media has gotten word of the costume and people are not having it.
