Kourtney Kardashian has a morning routine and a set of songs that she listens to with her children to “set the mood” for the rest of the day. The reality TV star shared details about her daily routine with her fans recently by writing about it in a recent blog post.

Everyone has their own morning routine to start the day off in a good way, with the hope that a good start will have a positive effect on the rest of the day. For Kardashian, the day starts with reading from the book “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young, the celebrity revealed in a post on her Poosh company blog.

Kardashian has been using her blog to promote products from her company, and she did just that in the recent post. The lifestyle company sells products for general health and wellness, and the reality TV star tends to use some of these products herself.

The Vital Proteins x Poosh Blueberry & Lemon Collagen Vibes from the company is apparently a part of Kardashian’s morning routine. The product promises to promote elasticity and moisture of the skin, and people look youthful.

Kardashian spends the rest of the morning getting her children ready, and driving them to school. The family listens to some positive music on the way in the car, and the songs are meant to send some positive vibes.

The songs that the family listens to in the car every morning include “I Say a Little Prayer” by Aretha Franklin, “Lovely Day” by Bill Withers, “Good Morning” by Kanye West, and “Love’s In Need of Love Today” by Stevie Wonder. Kardashian has shared the full list of songs on Apple Music, where the fans can listen to the full playlist.

The Poosh Twitter page shared a picture of Kardashian while sharing the positive article online. The TV star hopes her fans get to start the day with good vibes after reading the post and listening to the playlist.
