Marc Anthony keeps expanding the sports division of his already-established Magnus Media entertainment company. Just eight months after launching the company in 2015, Anthony announced Magnus Sports, which boasts over 60 baseball players, headlined by Aroldis Chapman and Jorge Soler. Now, the Puerto Rican artist has signed two of Real Madrid's greatest athletes onto his project: team captain Sergio Ramos and left back Marcelo Vieira.

Anthony and RR Soccer Management Agency have strategically teamed up to market and help find sponsorship opportunities for major international athletes. Both Magnus Media and the sports agency will focus on "developing marketing opportunities and negotiating commercial rights for players in North and South America," reports Billboard.

“We are going way beyond conventional, old-fashioned product endorsements and are excited about the opportunity to connect brands to soccer fans through the heroes that drive their passion,” said Anthon to Billboard. “Our shared vision is to push the limits by leveraging these amazing athletes’ incredible talent and massive followings.”

In a recent interview with the music magazine, where he nabbed the cover of their "The 2016 Latin Issue," the "Vivir Mi Vida" opened up about his new business.

“I’ve always said the concept of Magnus was born out of f---ing frustration. Some of the biggest influencers on the planet are Latino artists and athletes,” he said to Billboard. "I’m really interested in seeing how this pans out. If it works, we’ll be miles ahead of a lot of people." As of now, the company has signed sponsorship and co-management deals with many talents such as Alejandro Sanz, Gente De Zona and Chino & Nacho.

“One hundred percent of the Fortune 500 companies, they have no idea how to speak to the 610 million Latinos,” he emphasized on why the company is best for Latinos. “There just isn’t a silver bullet that’s going to speak the language of all those people, with their idiosyncratic food, dialects, cultures. Me and my artists understand those distinctions. We’ve been speaking to these different audiences all of our lives.”

Magnus Media has its headquarters in Miami ---the capital of Latin America, according to Marc. "It’s the epicenter. It’s one of the biggest markets for what I do. So many of my artists and friends all pass through Miami. Probably 90 more times than they do in New York or L.A. So I stacked all my chips here," he said.
