Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene responded to President Donald Trump after saying she "lost her way" for criticizing her own party.
"The only way is through Jesus. That's my way, and I've definitely not lost it, actually I'm working hard to put my faith into action. My job title is Representative. That's for Georgia's 14th district and the American people, no one else. America First America Only!!!" Greene said in a social media publication on Tuesday.

That’s my way, and I’ve definitely not lost it, actually I’m working hard to put my faith into action.
My job title is Representative. That’s for Georgia’s 14th district and the American people, no one else.
America First America Only!!!…
Trump, on his end, had made the comments after being consulted about Greene claiming that the White House was prioritizing foreign affairs over rising costs in the U.S. "I don't know what happened to Marjorie, nice woman. She's lost her way, I think," Trump said.
He went on to defend the focus on international affairs, saying he has to "view the presidency as a worldwide situation" because ""we could have a world that's on fire, where wars come to our shores very easily, if you had a bad president." Trump also said Greene was "catering to the other side."
Greene ramped up criticism of her party during the government shutdown and for the party's electoral defeats in New York City, New Jersey, Cincinnati and Virginia.
"Politics is no different than business. Business 101: If you don't deliver what you promise, then don't expect return customers," Greene said last week.
In October she also said that parts of Trump's agenda during the second term seem to be "America Last," rather than first.
Speaking to Axios, Greene said "it's a revolving door at the White House of foreign leaders when Americans are, you know, screaming from their lungs."
"If me saying those things are considered breaking with my party, then what is the Republican Party? I thought we were America First?" the lawmaker added.
The outlet noted that Greene did praise Trump repeatedly during the interview, but said the administration is largely focusing on foreign wars, which contradict what she claims are MAGA principles.
"Inflation skyrocketed under the Biden administration. But it's like, okay, well, now we're in charge, and when are we working on this?" she said in a passage of the interview.
