Meghan Markle and Priyanka Chopra’s feud has been an ongoing rumor since early this year. However, the “Quantico” actress ended all the speculations on the alleged fight after the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan’s son, Baby Archie.

Chopra and singer Nick Jonas got engaged in July 2018 and then married in December of the same year. They invited their family and friends to the wedding. And of course, Meghan Markle, Chopra’s close friend, was included in the guest list. But the Duchess of Sussex declined the invite, sparking rumors of a feud.

In retaliation, Chopra reportedly missed Meghan’s baby shower earlier this February, adding fuel to the fire. “Their friendship is over unless Meghan apologizes,” a source told Page Six. “She feels Meghan didn’t respect her, and didn’t respect their friendship,” he added.

This is, however, all untrue — as confirmed by a source close to Chopra. “There are no issues between the two women,” the friend replied regarding the allegations of a feud. “They are friends, and anything you’re being told otherwise is inaccurate and untrue,” his statement continued.

Chopra could not make it to the duchess’ baby shower as she had prior work obligations for a book she was writing. The actress had already said that her commitments are very important to her, and she could not simply back out on her word.

Meghan, on the other hand, was pregnant and could not take the 11-hour flight to her friend’s wedding in India — in addition to the security headache it might cause the bodyguards of Prince Harry’s wife.

But all these doubts about the friendship of the two have been washed away after reports of Chopra and Jonas’ trip to Windsor to visit Meghan and Harry’s newborn. The couple brought gifts for the little master in the form of numerous baby trinkets from Tiffany & Co. The actress and her husband were reported to have gushed over Archie, calling him absolutely “adorable.”

Chopra has been very vocal about her support for Meghan — from her interview after Meghan’s pregnancy was announced in October to her Instagram post after baby Archie was delivered on May 6. To flush all doubts of the rumored feud out, she even released a statement denying any arguments between her and Meghan.

“Oh, my God,” reacted Chopra after being asked whether she was upset at Meghan. “No, it’s not true.”
