The Sussexes decided to start their week with an inspirational quote on Instagram, asking their 9.8 million Instagram followers to "not let fear stop you."

The motivational Instagram post read, "Courage doesn't mean you don't get afraid. Courage means you don't let fear stop you." The post was simply captioned, "An inspiring quote to begin the week!" This comes after their shocking ITV documentary, where the Sussexes spoke about the struggles and difficulties they were facing.

Soon, the fans of the couple showered them with their love and support.

One commented, "We love you, Meghan. Xoxo Keep fighting the good fight!"

While another said, "Sending you both strength and good energy."

The couple's comment section is filled with so much positivity that it will surely warm your heart.

According to Express, this quote was originally posted by Bethany Hamilton on her social media site. This 29-year-old is an American professional surfer, who has seen her fair share of tragedy but has always come out as a winner. In 2003, she was brutally attacked by a shark and has also written an autobiography about her near-death experience.

Also, this post comes before the Remembrance Sunday, where the Sussexes will make their first appearance since their ITV documentary, where they revealed about the bitter experiences they have had and the toxic media scrutiny. Throughout the week, the couple will make appearances with other members of the royal family.

On Thursday, the Sussexes will attend the 91st Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey with the Duchess of Cornwall.

Later, the Sussexes will join Prince Charles, Camilla, Kate, Prince William, and the Queen for the Festival of Remembrance, which will be held at the Royal Albert Hall.

That's not all! The royals will also attend the Remembrance Sunday service, which will be held at the Cenotaph in Whitehall and all eyes will be on them because this will be the first time the royals will be seen with their family members after their tell-all ITV documentary.
