The new Corvette Stingray is expected to hit showrooms by October 2013. Truly an all-new sports car, the new 'C7' Corvette Stingray is on a new super-strength, ultra-lightweight aluminum chassis that is nearly 100 lbs. lighter and 57 percent more rigid than the 'C6' Corvette platform. The latest 6.2 liter LT1 small-block V8 is all new as well, producing 450 hp at 6000 rpm and 450 lb.-ft. of torque at 4600 rpm.

But what if that's not enough?

Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) has unveiled its latest aftermarket performance offerings for owners that seek a more potent Stingray.

The new Corvette Stingray HPE600 package bolts a TVS2300 supercharger, and HPE air induction system to the LT1 V8. The new HPE600 will be tuned with a special optimized ECU. as the "HPE600" moniker suggests, Hennessey claims the package will bump the Stingray's power output to 600 bhp.

Next up, the new Corvette Stingray HPE700 will feature CNC ported cylinder heads as well as a custom camshaft, squeezing out another 100 bhp over the HPE600 for a total power output of 700 bhp.

Not enough? Hennessey Performance doesn't think so either. The new Corvette Stingray HPE800 opts for a wild twin turbo set up. Combined with forged aluminum pistons, custom forged crankshaft, high-flow cylinder heads, intercooler, a stainless ports exhaust system, a high-performance fuel system, and an ECU, the twin turbo HPE800 pushes 800 bhp.

Ready for the full monty? Introducing the top-of-the-line Corvette Stingray HPE1000. Pulling out all the stops, the HPE1000 boasts twin turbochargers, forged aluminum pistons, forged steel rods and crankshaft, custom HPE camshaft, high flow cyclinder heads, fuel system upgrade, stainless steel inlet piping, dual wastegates, intercooler, stainless steel turbo downpipes and exhaust system. Taking the Stingray to the outrageous 1000 bhp milestone, we can't wait to see an HPE1000 take on a Bugatti Veyron at the drag strip.
