
At today's Microsoft E3 announcement, the gaming company revealed that hundreds of new games will be coming to their Xbox consoles. They also announced that the Xbox 360 will be getting a makeover that sort of resembles the next generation Xbox One.

It is smaller, sleeker and quieter than the prior "slim" model. It's available starting today in the United States, UK, Canada and Australia, with more territories coming soon, according to Microsoft.
The pricing for the new model will be the same as the slimmer model Xbox. 4GB (no Kinect) edition running $199.99 and a 250GB model priced at $299.99. A 4GB system that includes the Kinect will cost $299.99.

Microsoft also announced that Xbox Live Gold members will get two free games per month until the Xbox One launches in November, and first up on July 1 is "Halo 3" and "Assassin's Creed 2." In June, Gold members can grab "Fable 3" for free.
