Season 2 of “The Originals” has been the Mikaelson family reunion from hell, after losing Baby Hope in the season 1 finale show down between the wolves and the family’s first family of original vampires, it seems that there is another fight brewing on the horizon. But this time, Klaus and Elijah will be facing off against, their mother, father, brothers and an entire army of newly created werewolves, thanks to Esther. According to the synopsis for episode 4, “Live and Let Die,” everyone will be feeling the tension created by the current Mikaelson family feud, Davina discovers it’s “only a matter of time before Klaus comes after she and Mikael,” which prompts her to move her newly possessed prize to a family cabin in the woods, far away from the French Quarter. Davina isn’t the only lady in New Orleans with serious problems, after getting a tip regarding Vincent, the newly created hybrid discovers that her once pack-mate has been “recruiting young, unsuspecting teenagers in order to build a werewolf army.” Finally returning to the emotional person she was before losing Hope; Hayley enlists the help of Elijah and Marcel to save these young vulnerable wolves.
Despite Davina’s attempt to keep Mikael hidden, Cami inadvertently lets Klaus now where the young witch is hiding, realizing her mistake; Cami “tags along in an attempt to truly understand the deeply rooted hatred he has for his parents.” This will most likely lead to multiple Mikaelson filled flashbacks, delving even deeper into the family’s complicated past. The cabin seems to be the place where a majority of the action in “Live and Let Die” will unfold, because the synopsis reveals that as Klaus and Cami make their way there, so does Kol in the body of Kaleb in order to find out if Davina knows the location of the coveted white oak stake that possess the ability to kill “The Originals” including Klaus. Though the white oak stake isn’t seen in the promo video for episode 4, the fight between Klaus and Mikael is featured, despite his former father’s great threat and strength, Klaus seems to be reveling in the idea of the confrontation. In the beginning of the promo video, Klaus can be heard telling Hayley, “I have killed both my parents already, and I can do it again.”
