Glenn Kirschner, who previously served for 24 years as an assistant U.S. attorney for Washington, suggested Attorney General Pam Bondi knows the Epstein files she wants to release would never incriminate the president, adding that "it's all for show."

In a nearly 20-minute YouTube video released over the weekend, Kirschner accused President Donald Trump and Bondi of orchestrating an "idiotic reality show" aimed at convincing his MAGA supporters that he will honor his promise of transparency by releasing all the files, including testimonies from witnesses who appeared before the grand jury. Kirschner noted "nothing could be further from the truth."

The 64-year-old former federal prosecutor said "nothing of consequence" will be revealed, noting that grand jury transcripts are "only a small fraction" of the evidence gathered in the Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell cases.

"If you really wanted to know who was in it up to their necks, you would have to release all of the files, all of the videotapes, the DVDs," he said, adding that Bondi has no intention of releasing "the incriminating stuff," including the client list, phone records, photos, and evidence from search warrants. Additionally, none of this evidence is included in the grand jury transcripts.

Kirschner spent several minutes outlining the process leading up to a grand jury vote, explaining that after reviewing all evidence, federal prosecutors draft a case impression memo (CIM), a document that can span up to 100 pages and includes "every single shred of evidence acquired during the course of the grand jury investigation." This memo determines whether the evidence meets the threshold of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, which it did in July 2019, a month before Epstein allegedly died by suicide in jail.

He said Bondi is fully aware of what's in the files, having been briefed and given access to the transcripts.

"If Pam Bondi knows every word in every grand jury transcript, do you really think she would have briefed up Donald Trump and said, 'Hey, Mr. President, there's a bunch of bad stuff about you in the Epstein grand jury transcripts. What do you want to do?' And Donald Trump would say, 'I demand they be released.' Really?"

According to Kirschner, Bondi assured Trump there was nothing incriminating in the transcripts, leading him to promise their release even though they comprise just a fraction of the total evidence. He also noted the Epstein investigation began during Trump's first term, when Bill Barr was attorney general, and accused Barr of instructing Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyers not to "drill down on the stuff that incriminates the president."

The Army veteran urged Trump's supporters not to fall for what he called a political stunt by the Trump administration and encouraged viewers to "get the word out," reiterating that the president and Bondi are behind nothing more than a "bad reality show."

"People need truthful, honest, accurate information about what the hell's going on inside the Trump administration because justice matters," he said.
