‘Pretty Little Liars’ Winter Premiere Spoilers: 5 Sneak Peeks Before You Watch ‘Who’s In The Box?’

The winter premiere of “Pretty Little Liars” has finally arrived and fans will be able to see the unfolding of an action packed Season 4B, but in typical “Liars” fashion when one door closes, twenty more open. So now that we know Ezra is “A” or at least we think we do, the show’s executive producer Joseph Dougherty is here to open up a huge “A” filled can of worms. In honor of the winter premiere episode, “Who’s in the Box?” Dougherty answered fans burning question in a Twitter forum with E! News, and thankfully the answers are riddled with spoilers. The secret will begin to unravel for everyone’s favorite English teacher early on in the premiere; one of the major reveals in tonight’s premiere revolves around Ezra and a secretive piece of property he owns. Ezra tells Aria about a cabin in the woods he owns, although fans will instantly recognizes the cabin as the prefect compound for an “A” inspired lair, its secretive, secluded, off the grid, and has a basement. Things are not looking good for Aria, or Ezra for that matter, I don't want him to be “A,” but it seems like Season 4B is certainly shaping up to expose him as the latest evil mastermind.

In addition to the lair, fans want to know when the Liars will begin to suspect Ezra as “A.” We previously reported that one of the Liars begin to suspect him early then the others, although the suspicious Liar, who we are assuming is the ever intuitive Spencer Hastings, is very nervous about exposing another boyfriend as their tormenter. In addition to he awkward tension of telling Aria her boyfriend is “A,” the audience knows more than the Liars at this point and apparently there is much more to Ezra’s story then we know! Doughtery revealed to E! News, “You do not know all of Ezra's secrets at this point and you don't know all of his motivation. Right now the audience knows more than the girls do, and you're going to have to deal with the girls getting to the point where they know what you know and what they're going to do about it." So while we are thrilled that Ezra may have some explaining to do, that answer doesn't seem like Ezra can wiggle out of his black hoodie, I think he may be officially caught.

As for another relationship on the rocks fans will finally see Caleb and Hanna discuss their romance since his fateful move to Ravenswood. The couple has been fighting for each other for several seasons, in tonight’s episode “Who’s in the Box?” Caleb will finally figure out what he wants to do with his long distance relationship, however, it seems like these two will not have the happy ending everyone was hoping for. As for happy endings, Alison is alive and back in Rosewood (sort of) so why aren’t the Liars overjoyed? Well, because simply put it’s weird. Aria’s quote from the episode preview video provides fans with a good context for how the Liars are feeling about Alison’s miraculous revival, "We just found out that Ali is alive, she's really alive. Why am I not insanely happy?" The Liars don’t know what to think after discovering that Ali is in fact alive and even more so that she is actually “Red Coat.” The four girls have grown so close over the two years, and while Alison did in fact bring them together, after learning more and more of her secrets, it certainly drove a wedge between Ali and the Liars. The last spoiler piece to know before tonight’s big premiere is that out of the Liars, Emily is struggling with Ali’s return the most. According to E! News, “Emily will be going on a rollercoaster ride of emotions in tonight's premiere.” Emily is dealing with so many feelings at one time that she even opens up to her current girlfriend Paige about her secretive, yet passionate past with Alison.
