American rapper Lil Mosey is in a lot of heat these days and needs to face some accusations. The 19-year-old celebrity is now being hunted by local police for allegedly raping a 20-year-old woman earlier this year.
According to reports, Lil Mosey and another man met with the girl and a friend. The victim consented to have sex with the “Pull Up” rapper in his car. But it came to a point where the complainant blacked out for drinking too much of the White Claw alcoholic beverages and champagne.
She woke up with Mosey on top of her with the rapper forcing his way on her. The woman blacked out again, woke up to find the other man on top of her. As a result, she suffered bruises on her arm, neck and inner knee. Additionally, the victim claims she got a message from one of the people at the party that said the guys were talking about "training two girls," TMZ reported.
Also known as Lathan Echols, he is now wanted by police for failing to appear in court on Apr. 21. This comes not long after he was charged with second-degree rape in Washington state.
The Lewis County prosecutor’s office filed the charge earlier this month against the 19-year-old, born Lathan Moses Echols, and another man following a Jan 5 party at a cabin in rural Randle, near Mount St. Helens, USA Today reported.
“Mr. Echols did not commit this crime, and we intend to work hard to clear his name,” according to Lil Mosey’s attorneys, Amy Muth and Jennifer Atwood in an official statement.
Mosey is best known for his hit song “Blueberry Faygo” which reached the Top 10 of the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 chart last year. Other hit singles to his credit include “Noticed,” “Stuck In a Dream” and “Pull Up.”
