Roberto Silva Jr. is the prime suspect in a fast-food joint shooting which killed two people and left two other wounded. Aside from that, the 23-year-old is facing arson charges for setting a vehicle on fire.

Despite this list of charges, Silva hardly seemed concerned about the charges he is facing. Mug shots from the Sarpy County Jail showed him flashing a grin in the photos, The Daily Beast reported.

Aside from the arson and shooting charges, Silva is also facing another charge. He was accused of charging $57 worth of corn dogs to someone else’s app. The fraudulent purchase was of 11 burgers and 12 corndogs after the Sonic account owner notified them that someone made the order without his authorization.

Silva has no known connection to Sonic beyond his previous arrest on Nov. 18. He bonded out of jail on Nov. 20 following his arrest on allegations of identity theft. Three firearms were confiscated from Silva at the time.

Police went to the Bellevue fast-food joint at a little over 9:30 p.m. to investigate a possible bomb in a truck. It was here where they found a U-haul in flames.

From there, the authorities discovered that a shooting had occurred. Of the four victims, only the two who died have been identified.

According to WOWT, they are Nathan Pastrana, 22 and Ryan Helbert, 28. The identities of the two other shooting victims have yet to be known. Both were taken to the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Police have yet to establish if the shooting occurred inside or outside the restaurant. A spokesperson for the Sonic drive-in made the following statement.

“We are stunned and saddened by what occurred at the Bellevue, NE, SONIC Saturday night. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the franchise owner and the families and friends impacted by this horrific tragedy. The franchisee is working with law enforcement as they investigate the matter. We defer any further comment to the Bellevue Police Department in its ongoing investigation.”
