A woman in Ghana was killed in a road accident while she was allegedly speeding to catch her "cheating" husband in the act.

The woman, not identified, had received a ‘reliable’ piece of information that her husband was seen with another woman.

To check if this was true, the woman immediately rushed to the location the unknown source had given her. The woman was on her way to Tema, a city in Ghana when she met with the fatal accident. The victim was allegedly speeding when the vehicle crashed. The authorities have not revealed further details of the crash.

Ghanaian journalist, Mabel Aku Banesseh was the first to break the news.

"A woman died on the motorway. She was going to Tema to verify claims there was a woman in her husband’s car," Banesseh said.

Banesseh hoped the woman could have made a second thought before jumping to conclusions. She told her followers not to take hasty decisions based on just information

"She never got there to even know whether or not the said woman was her hubby’s cousin. co-worker or mere friend. Don’t allow lies to lead you to your grave," Banesseh said.

The authorities have not provided any confirmation on the possibility of foul play.

This is an ongoing case and no further details were available at the time of this writing.

In another incident, a man beat his girlfriend to death after she accidentally exposed her breasts while she jumped into a pool. The victim, Ana Paula Coutinho was beaten to death by her boyfriend, Nikolas Iori Maichon.

The incident happened when the couple was attending a pool party in Itapecerica da Serra, a Brazilian municipality on the outskirts of São Paolo. The victim’s bikini loosened and her breasts were exposed when she made a jump into the pool.

The suspect accused the victim of deliberately displaying herself to other partygoers. He then brutally beat her in front of the guests before dragging her into his car and driving away. A hospital later pronounced her dead.

The police are on the lookout for the suspect.
