Get ready. Season 5 of "The Voice" is down to the Top 10, and like coach Blake Shelton said: Every night of eliminations is going to feel like a final from here on out. The talent is too good. Last week we said goodbye to Americana singer Jonny Grey and rocker Josh Logan. Of the bottom three, Kat Robichaud was saved by the Twitter flash vote called the "Instant Save" that "The Voice" introduced for the first time last week. It was a tough night for the coaches -- Blake, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine -- knowing that they had no say in the matter. America decides who moves forward in the competition from here on out.
Going into the Top 10, we think there are a couple of frontrunners emerging. And we're not sure Blake's gonna win this year. Team Xtina seems to be the clear team to beat. She only has two artists left in the running as compared to Blake and Adam's three but both Matthew Schuler and Jacquie Lee have dominated week to week. They've been ranked in the top three in the past three weeks, in our opinion. Adam is claiming that now he doesn't care who wins as long as it is not Blake. Parade magazine has reported that they feel Christina has stepped up her game this season on "The Voice." She is doing better because she diversified her team and did not just choose young pop singers.
The Top 3 we think could win it all include: Matthew, Jacquie and Cole Vosbury. But, we wouldn't be surprised if Caroline Pennell won, either. That's the nice thing about this season; it's hard to guess who will win because things change so much week to week. However our Top 3 favorite performances from last week include 1. From Team Cee Lo: Kat Roubichaud performing "Sail" by AWOLNATION (I mean, she crowd-surfed!) 2.From Team Blake: Cole Vosbury performing "Adorn" by Miguel 3. From Team Cee Lo: Caroline Pennell performing "Wake Me Up" by Avicii. Check out where each of the teams stand going into the Top 10 performances below.
