37-Year-Old Pedophile Mother Who Allegedly Raped Girl With 2 Men, Shared Pictures Online Laughs In Court

A 37-year-old reported pedophile mother who allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old child alongside two other men, was arrested after sharing photos of the attacks online. She laughed and joked as she appeared in court for sentencing at Liverpool Crown Court Friday.

Vicki Bevan admitted to 34 sexual offenses, including one rape and five counts of assault by penetration. The perverted mom raped a young girl and shared sickening pictures of the attacks online. Bevan repeatedly assaulted the young girl, sometimes alongside Paul Rafferty, 62, and Tony Hutton, 42. The three were arrested after posting the perverted pictures and videos of the abuse.

She was due to be sentenced Friday; however, Judge Andrew Menary QC adjourned the hearing while he considered a life sentence. "Of particular concern to the court is the fact that there are exchanges of messages which are shockingly depraved fantasies."

The judge continued, "And they did not remain as fantasies, some of these were played out in real life, I won't go into the detail now. Just when you think you have heard the worst, another one comes along. It's all of that, that the court will be concerned with." Bevan later wiped tears from her eyes when told that she could receive a life sentence.

Ahead of a trial earlier this year, Bevan, admitted one count of raping a child under 13, five counts of assault of a child by penetration, two counts of sexual assault on a child, one count of sexual activity with a child and one count of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. Some of these were carried out jointly with Rafferty. Bevan also pleaded guilty to 17 counts of making and three counts of distributing indecent images of children, plus two counts of possessing extreme pornography.

Meanwhile, Rafferty previously admitted to several counts on a child under 13; one count of raping, one count of assault by penetration, one count of sexual assault and six counts of making indecent images of children. At the same stage, Hutton pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault of a child under 13 and three counts of making indecent images of children. All three were remanded in custody to be sentenced on May 13.

Judge Menary asked Rafferty and Hutton's lawyers to make submissions on their "risk and dangerousness." Through interviews, the judge confirmed that the three defendants took part in the Probation Service for pre-sentence reports there was "a degree of blame sharing" and asked whether this would be relied upon in the sentence.
