A 60-year-old pedophile was meted a 20-month jail sentence after authorities discovered that she had group sex with an Alsatian.

The accused was identified as Claire Goodier who turned out to be a transgender woman. She was previously known as “John” and showed a record of past convictions tied to child abuse.

According to prosecutor Paulinus Barnes, the 60-year-old was caught after police were checked on her on July 19, 2019. At that time, authorities were conducting a routine check since she was on the sex offenders register.

Police checked a laptop and initially showed how Goodier was searching for Beastiality content online, the Northwich Guardian reported.

But years later, it was found that the 60-year-old also had 31 indecent ages of her taking part in a sex act with an Alsatian.

"She said she had fantasised about it for a number of years and after talking about it with people in Northwich, was put in touch with others in Bournemouth,” Barnes stated. "She travelled down there in December 2018 and took part in the sex act with other people and the Alsatian dog."

Goodier was arrested on June 17 with police also recovering a memory stick in her handbag that had the same images. 3.5 grams of cocaine were also found.

The sex act reportedly took place on Dec. 16, 2018. This meant that she violated a suspended sentence order.

Her attorney asked the judge to consider a suspended sentence since the incident happened three years ago.

"This is not a case where the offending is getting more and more serious,” defense attorney Simon Mills said. "She will do everything asked of her by the court and there are tentative signs of improvement in her attitude and approach."

Despite the plea, the judge meted Goodier with a 20-month jail sentence and said that the 60-year-old is nowhere near changing her ways.

"Your record is appalling and it could be said you were astonishingly lucky not to go to prison previously, the judge said. "A message must go out that if you commit such disgusting behavior then you must go to prison."
