While "Archer" is undoubtedly a hilarious show Adam Reed's decision to reboot the series as "Archer: Vice" for its fifth season didn't exactly go over well with audiences. In season five we seen the original espionage team trading up their careers as spies for cocaine dealers. While very funny and full of awesome guest stars the season didn't go over well with everyone so it looks like season six will go back to basics.
For those that were disappointed with the direction the show went last season will have reason to rejoice! The show has invented the term "un-reboot" and has returned to its original plot. Even more the core cast has all returned, too! In the first trailer we see each member of the super spy team doing their own thing when each receives a phone call from "work." Each member then drops everything they are doing to head to ISIS headquarters. Check out the trailer below:
Season six of "Archer" will arrive sometime next year in January.
