Britney Spears just uploaded a bizarre dancing video on her Instagram account to prove to her followers that the clips that she has been uploading in recent weeks are new. The singer was accused of not posting her own videos on social media.

In the short clip, Spears changes her dresses three times. She dances to one of Rihanna’s hit songs and appears to be having a blast even though her dance moves appear to be very simple. Spears simply moves her body in the clip, and she also walks directly toward the camera to show her followers that the clip is not old.

“For those of you who think I don’t post my own videos, did this video yesterday so you’re wrong,” she captioned the clip. “But I hope you like it,” she added.

According to The Blast, Spears’ choice of Rihanna song may have also had some significance. The singer chose Rihanna’s “Man Down” track, a song about a man shooting a woman, to dance to in her video. On Wednesday, Spears had a hearing regarding the restraining order case she filed against her former manager, Sam Lutfi.

Meanwhile, an unnamed source told Radar Online that fans of Spears shouldn’t worry too much about the singer because she’s doing well. The source also said that the “Toxic” singer lives for fame.

“She is well aware of the fact that she is getting so much attention right now and she also knows that her crazy videos get people to follow her,” the unnamed source said. “She’s loving the drama because it feeds her own insecurities. She will always strive to be the cover girl,” the source added.

However, since the name of the tabloid’s source has not been revealed, it’s difficult to assess whether the comments about Spears are true. Spears currently has over 21 million followers on social media. She also regularly posts her workout videos, photos with her children and more.

Last year, she uploaded a cryptic post on Instagram. “Do you think you know me? Think again,” she wrote.
