The CES 2015 Intel keynote will address a shift in digital trends as the leading chipmaker continues to diversify from its personal computing and data center hardware market to accommodate a future for mobile devices and wearables. The new trend will require significantly more compact chipsets from Intel. In this arena, Intel will be competing against rivals including Qualcomm and MediaTek.

In addition to the Tuesday keynote, Intel will also hold fireside chats at its CES booth with Intel execs, some industry leaders, as well as surprise guests. Finally, a "Wearables Revolutions" conference will be scheduled for Wednesday to allow stars in sports, fashion, and tech to offer insights on the growth opportunities in wearable technology.
