The alleged relationship between actor/comedian Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian is over after nine months. However, it appears the whole thing resulted in the 28-year-old undergoing trauma therapy for the social media attacks that were done by Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kanye West.

It was reported by People that Davidson had been seeking help after his feud with West for dating his ex-wife since April.

“The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he’s had to seek out help,” an unnamed insider said to the outlet.

It was only last week when Davidson called it quits with Kim Kardashian. He also added that he had no regrets in doing so. Additionally, “The King of Staten Island” star said that Kim has been pretty supportive of him during their relationship.

It was on Friday that Page Six confirmed that Davidson and Kardashian decided to call it quits after dating for about nine months. One source claims that one reason that factored in was their age difference.

“Kim and Pete have decided to just be friends,” another source said. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”

On his end, West did his thing in making life miserable for Davidson. That included criticizing the 28-year-old celebrity ever since he was linked to his ex-wife in October 2021.

Just last week, West released a video of “Eazy,” literally kidnapping and burying a cartoon version of Davidson. Aside from that, he also came out with a rap about beating Pete Davidson’s a$$.

The SNL alum tried his best to settle things with West. Unfortunately, the 45-year-old rapper took it differently and continued his attacks on Davidson.

Kardashian and West officially divorced in June 2022 after a judge dubbed the makeup mogul legally single. The two were married since 2014 and share four kids.
