Shueisha V Jump magazine recently announced that "Dragon Ball Z: Super Extreme Butōden" for is set to ship on June 11. However, the latest "Dragon Ball" video game for Nintendo 3DS will only be available in Japan.

According to Anime News Network, "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butouden" will retail for 5,690 yen, or about $47 USD. What's more, the special first editions of the latest "Dragon Ball Z" game will also include a Dragon Ball Disk Cross disc that features the brand-new gold Frieza from the upcoming movie "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F" (Resurrection of 'F').

In addition, the first edition will also feature a code for a downloadable version of Super Nintendo's "Dragon Ball Z Cho Butoduen 2" for the 3DS. Finally, the first edition will also throw in a "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F" Goku card for Dragon Ball Heroes.

According to "Dragon Ball" tipster and YouTuber Rhymestyle, the new "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butouden" side scroll fighting game will feature over 100 playable characters, including even odd additions like Chi Chi, Bulma, Dr. Briefs, and even the tournament announcer.
