Eiza González was caught by "Suelta La Sopa" at the Los Angeles airport and questioned about her secret romance with Giovani Dos Santos. The "Baby Driver" star did not look too happy with the reporter's insistence on the subject as she would've rather enjoyed her sandwich and drink from Starbucks. "I don't know him," she said. "Never in my life have I known him. I don't have anything else to say."
What the reporter was referring to was a series of pictures that were published on a magazine where the actress and soccer star were seen together in a getaway to the Mayan Riviera. González added: "I will not give details. I have sued the magazine, I don't know the person." Last year, a Mexican tabloid magazine reported a story that Belinda was trying to work things out with her former flame Dos Santos. Things were getting hot and reklinding the romance was in the works and going steady. Then Dos Santos and Gonzalez allegedly met at a party in Los Angeles and hooked up. Belinda found out about it and now wants nothing to do with the Los Angeles Galaxy star.
Belinda then adressed those rumors during a press conference when she was asked by a reporter what Giovani had to do to reignite the romance. In solidarity with the singer, all the other reporters booed, but Belinda answered anyway to shut the whole thing down. "It's a closed chapter," she said. "We each are doing our own thing and I wish him the best with whomever he is with."
