Just hours before announcing the final team for El Tri in Brazil 2014 , Miguel Herrera admits to having a moral debt to three players who did not appear in the final list. One is Moisés Muñoz. The other two, says El Informador, are presumably Miguel Ponce and Juan Carlos Valenzuela."I have not talked to ' Moi.' We've sent a couple of texts back and forth," reveals the technical director of El Tricolor. "I don't want to do it by phone . "'I'll try to find him, join him somewhere."

'El Piojo' has revealed that "there are three players who I really need to speak to in person, because they were in the process ... And they did well . Unfortunately, there are only 23 players who can be on that list. These three players especially, I am going to find them and give my reasons in person. " On Monday afternoon, 'El Piojo, together with Héctor González Iñárritu, director of the Mexican National Team, and Ricardo Pelaez presented their line up to the Owners Assembly .

Today nine of the 23-man squad for the World Cup has been revealed. Five from America ( Paul Aguilar, Francisco Javier Rodríguez, Miguel Layún, Juan Carlos Medina and Raul Jimenez ), two from Cruz Azul (Jose de Jesus Corona and Marco Fabián), and both the Tigres players (Carlos Salcido and Alan Pulido). Andrés Guardado will be the first player from the European sides to be called up. The rest of the team will be announced later in the week.
