Jennifer Lopez has decided to offload her Bel-Air estate, despite plans to renovate. And you can live like J. Lo once did if you're willing to spend a whopping $42.5 million.

The songstress and her husband Ben Affleck had intended to renovate the residence in Bel-Air after they got married last summer, but they have canceled their plans and instead put the home up for sale - for an astounding $14 million more than she bought for it in 2016 from fellow celeb Sela Ward. Lopez spent $28 million at the time on the California home.

The nine-bedroom main home, a guest cottage, an infinity pool, a 30-seat screening room, a gym, and a putting green are all part of the eight-acre property. The grounds also include a large lake with a private sandy beach and an outdoor amphitheater that can accommodate 100 people.

The couple has reportedly been looking for a home for more than a year and has viewed a large number of properties during that time. However, they have not yet found their dream home, so they are currently renting a place.

The residence, originally built by architect Samuel Marx, gets its European edge from textured stone, brick, and reclaimed wood. The living spaces have more of a modern farmhouse feel. On the main level, you’ll find a family room and a double-height living area with a bar and fireplace. Lots of creamy whites, exposed ceiling beams, steel windows, and rustic accents. There’s also a formal dining room, in addition to a chef’s kitchen outfitted with a built-in breakfast area and swanky chandelier, reports Robb Report.

The master suite, where "Bennifer" has spent their time, is, of course, nothing short of stunning. It constitutes a separate wing with a bathroom, his and her dressing rooms, and a library. A private landscaped terrace should do the trick if you need to get some fresh air or want to take in the scenery.

The manse naturally has a fair number of amazing amenities. In addition to a massage room and a guest house that serves as a gym, there is a 30-seat movie theater decorated with movie posters from the couple's filmography. You can choose between relaxing by the fire pit, caring for the organic vegetable garden, or spending time in the entertainment pavilion in the backyard.
