The ever-stunning Jessica Alba will grace the cover of Latina Magazine for the latest April issue. Inside the Mexican-American beauty opens up about being a mother to two young girls, her growing eco-friendly company "The Honest Company" and even her highly anticipated parenting book, "The Honest Life."

Alba states that her founding of The Honest Company was inspired by the birth of her daughter, Honor.

"It's really hard to find baby products that use nontoxic chemicals that moms can trust. Major corporate brands that label their products 'eco-friendly' or 'nontoxic' are usually referring to the way they make their packaging, not their product," the devoted mom told Latina.

Therefore, the entrepreneur made the products for her precious daughters herself. Focusing on what real parents are looking for, while considering the safety and effect of the products.

Alba's co-founder of The Honest Company is Christopher Gavigan, who the a father of three children and former CEO of Healthy Child Healthy World.

"I think most people think of celebrities as normal people living extraordinary lives, but Jessica is an extraordinary person living a normal life," he told Latina.

For Alba, she believes that motherhood made her the person she was supposed to be. And by creating The Honest Company she has furthered her career even in Hollywood.

"The Honest Company has weirdly allowed me to be more creative in my roles. And really work with people I love and appreciate and want to learn from. This is where my work is now. For me, acting was a lot about making the right choices and trusting my instincts. I didn't always listen to my gut and make the right choice."

Alba also believes that Hollywood has opened up for Latinos due to the influence of Robert Rodríguez's "Spy Kids 4" and "Machete."

"He created a pathway for Latinos in pop culture because his movies aren't made for a specific demographic -- they are just cool."
