Juan Gabriel is having a great year! The Mexican singer is clearly alive and kicking after having a major health scare in April 2014. After taking some time off to recoup last year, he is back delighting his fans on stage and surprising everyone with major projects and collaborations.

JuanGa, who has more than 40 years in the music business and 100 million album copies sold around the world, has won the audience once again with his new album “Los Dúo,” which was recently reported to be at the top of Universal Music’s album sales.

But despite the success that “El Divo de Juárez” is having, he is still facing some legal issues. According to TVnotas, the singer is currently disputing over an inheritance that his late friend Roberto Sada Salinas supposedly left him.

The 65-year-old entertainer attended Monterrey’s courthouse to take legal action against his former manager Eugenio Martínez Benavides, who apparently decided to take all the money, and a penthouse that belonged to Sada Salinas. However, Martínez Benavides stated that when the inheritance was bestowed to Juan Gabriel 8 years ago, he declined it.

Just last month, it was informed that the “Querida” performer was throwing in the towel with the orphanage he founded almost 30 years ago because he didn’t have sufficient funds to keep supporting the project. So we are still wondering, where is all the money going? Is “El Divo de Juárez” having financial issues?
