TMZ is reporting that Justin Bieber may sue his guests if the talk about his wild house parties. Before one can enter Bieber's house they have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The contract says the party guests may not talk, text, tweet or upload photos of any party they attend at the home of Justin Bieber.
TMZ got their hands on a copy of the document Bieber may sue his guests over. In it the terms and conditions of attending a Bieber party are outlined. The contract states clearly that any violation by guests will result in an automatic lawsuit of $5 million dollars.
That is not the only shocking part of the agreement. The document says that by signing guest understand they are about to partake in activities that may be hazardous to their health and should only participate if they are medically able.
The document reads, "Your participation in the activities is done so knowingly and you freely assume all associated risks. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the activities carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated completely, ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries including death."
After reading that contract who would still want to party with Bieber? Not only will you be hit with a $5 million lawsuit if you take a pic, you also risk your life just by participating in the aforementioned activities.
TMZ finished their story by noting that other big name celebs make party guests sign similar waivers calling the act, "pretty hilarious."
