Khloe Kardashian is back from her vacation trip to Pig Beach in the Bahamas. The celebrity got back to her exercise routine recently, and shared pictures of her toned abs in her Good American gear.

Kardashian wore a space-themed sports bra and tight workout leggings at the gym recently, and she shared pictures with her fans on her Instagram page. The reality TV star may be busy burning some vacation calories, but she already has toned abs, which she flaunted in the pictures.

How does Kardashian shape in such good shape even though she takes long vacation trips so often? The secret to the celebrity’s toned body is the amount of time she dedicates to working out when she is home.

Kardashian has already shared her 7-day workout routine with her fans on her app, Shape reported. She tends to mix things up with both cardio and strength training, and she hits different muscle groups on different days in order to maximize efficiency. The reality star doesn’t hit the same muscle groups in a week because that would impede the much needed recovery for the muscles.

For cardio, Kardashian prefers to change it up with running, using Rise Nation’s VersaClimber, and boxing. The change helps her to avoid boredom and it also helps her body to build endurance and avoid plateau.

For strength training, her favorite is the legs and butt day. She also has separate days for core training, arms, and total body work out.

Kardashian also has a special diet plan that she follows strictly. Contrary to what some people believe about dieting, the reality TV star has 7 meals in a day. Her meals include a smoothie to start the day, and the meals during the rest of the day include fruits, vegetables, chicken, almonds, egg, and fatty fish, BuzzFeed reported. There is also a cheat day in her plan.
