Several times there have been reports of their friendship going kaput. According to a latest report this week by Star, Teigen and her husband, John Legend, have severed all ties with Kardashian and his husband, Kanye West, because of an event that happened over a year ago.

It so happened that Kardashian met President Donald Trump in May 2018 and convinced him to release Alice Johnson, a convicted drug trafficker who has been a symbol of movement for years.

Legend was apparently miffed with Kardashian for not giving him credit for enlightening her about prison sentence reform. “Chrissy and her husband John were best friends with Kim and Kanye,” but there have been cracks in their relationship since Kardashian “began getting praise for working on prison sentence reform,” the outlet was quoted as saying.
