It got real tonight on "La Banda" when superstars judges Ricky Martin, Alejandro Sanz and Laura Pausini had to make the difficult decision of selecting the final Latino boy band members along with the fan vote. The music-based reality competition show has won the hearts of millions with episodes full of surprises, emotional messages and incredible competitions. The night started with host Alejandra Espinoza welcoming the judges and telling the final participants how they are about to embark one of the biggest adventures of their careers.

The boys open the show with Pitbull performing "Piensas Dile la Verdad,""Fireball,"" Sube Las Manos Pa' Arriba,"" Feel This Moment "and "Give me everything tonight." The rapper shared an essential advice with the contestants,"you need to do it because you love this," adding that it's crucial to have a passion for music in order to succeed as artists.

The first contestant to performed was Erick Brian Colón, he sang an energetic version of "Bailando por ahi" winning the support of the judges; "I cant believe you're fourteen," Martin said,"I think you have the green light from the audience to stay." Christopher Vélez was next after Colon, singing the ballad "Hoy Tengo Ganas De Ti," making his mom extremely proud because she surprised him on stage. Both mother and son were speechless as they shared tears and kisses when they saw each other.

Following was Yoandri Cabrera with an emotional interpretation of "Say Something," Pausini gave positive comments to the artist saying that he has "a beautiful soul and his voice reflects that." Joel Pimentel serenaded the girls with "Treasure," showing incredible improvement and securing his place inside the group. The fourth was Jaime Cruz representing Puerto Rico with a 'hoverboard' dance of "La Noche Es Tuya." In the middle of the show, Zabdiel De Jesus danced the night away with the upbeat "Peligro" and last but not least the talented Richard Camacho wowed the judges with a wet performance of "Man In The Mirror."

Throughout the night, we saw amazing appearances of international superstars Fifth Harmony with "Worth It" and reggaeton artist Wisin performing "Corazón Acelerado" along with "Que Se Sienta el Deseo." Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night was the special video appearances from Luis Coronel, Gente De Zona, Jesse & Joy, Calibre 50, Becky G, Marc Anthony, One Direction and music producer Simon Cowell telling the candidates: "Tonight seven become five and whatever happens your going to go on the adventure of a lifetime with me, I can't wait to meet you and good luck."

Judges Ricky Martin, Alejandro Sanz and Laura Pausini also shared their talent on the finale as they sang their latest hits. At the end of the evening, Zabdiel, Jaime and Yoandri were the last contenders in the battle.

The winning members of the first season of "La Banda" will be managed by Ricky Martin and will win a recording contract with Sony Music Latin. In addition, the band will get to work with one of the most influential artists in the Latin urban music scene, Wisin; who is set to produce their new album. "It's such a privilege to be able to work on the production of this album and be able to add my two cents to the musical careers of these talented young people, who have a lifetime to continue to pursue their dreams and succeed," Wisin said.

And finally, the new Latin American boy band is called: CNCO with band members Christopher Vélez, Richard Camacho, Joel Pimentel, Erick Brian Colón and Zabdiel De Jesus.
