Karla Panini is getting heavy criticism for tying the knot with her boyfriend of two years ---who was first married to her former friend and co-worker, Karla Luna! For many years, the two ex-BFFs were all the rage on TV as "Las Lavanderas."

The Mexican comedian and radio personality married Américo Garza earlier this week in a beautiful wedding celebrated in Villa de Santiago in Nuevo León, Mexico, according to Mundo Hispanico. The couple had a Christian ceremony and invited musical groups Duelo and Dezigual to entertain guests at the reception.

Although many of her family and friends, including her ex-boyfriend (Oscar Burgos), were happy for the couple, people on the Internet were quick to react with mean comments. Panini, instead of demonstrating her joy on social media, was found defending her love with Garza, which allegedly began in 2014.

"When you criticize us we become stronger in God. What he blesses no one can stop. His promises have been fulfilled," she wrote on Twitter of her big day. Another tweet read: "God doesn't believe in 'karma,' only in peace, restoration, healing, liberty, a second life, especially love."

People, however, were not having it and made comments such as: "Christ says to love yourself, not to steal your best friend's husband."

Panini is one of the ex-members of the hilarious TV duo "Las Lavanderas." She and Luna, a cancer survivor, were all the rage with their hilarious presentations and show on Telehit. The girls called it quits in 2014 after Luna discovered Garza's (her husband at the time) infidelity with Panini.

"There's a huge betrayal that I can't live with," stated Luna about the separation. "I can't continue, I can't be with the people who hurt me. I forgive them, but I can't be a part of this," she added ahead of their last show two years ago at Auditorio Río 70 in Monterrey, Mexico.
