Latin Podcast Awards 2024 Announce 14 Nominees

The Latin Podcast Awards (LPA), a podcast competition that honors Latino content creators in the United States and around the world, announced its first 14 nominees for the 2024 edition on Tuesday.

The public will be able to vote among these finalists, which have been selected by a panel of international podcast content producers, until the awards ceremony on October 12, which will be virtual with a live red-carpet event via YouTube.

The podcasts were divided into 10 categories: Sports, Arts, Society and Culture, Religion and Spirituality, Government, History, Business, Music, Health and Fitness, and TV and Films.

Hailing from Mexico to Puerto Rico, Argentina, Dominican Republic and the U.S., this diverse group of podcasters covers everything from true crime to society and culture.

The judges will also be tasked to select the winner of the coveted Latin Podcast Award for the year 2024, who will receive a "Microphone Statue" (Trophy) to display to the world, according to an article in Newswire.

The Latin Podcast Awards (LPA), hosted by Audio Dice Network (ADN), is an annual event that celebrates excellence in podcasting within the Latino community, recognizing and honoring the outstanding contributions of Latino podcasters around the world.

It aims to serve as a platform to amplify Latino voices, promote cultural diversity, and foster connections within the podcasting industry across various genres and topics.
