Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said her continued criticism of the Republican party should be taken as an "early indicator" of brewing discontent in the MAGA base.

Speaking to The Hill, the lawmaker said that she isn't breaking with President Donald Trump and the party, but the GOP is "the one drifting away from what we campaigned on."

Consulted about her criticism about there being no arrests related to a series of hot-button issues for the MAGA world, including Jeffrey Epstein, what they call the "Russia Collusion Hoax" and the Covid-19 pandemic, she said it is aimed at "literally everyone."

"If you're going to go on television — and this is for everybody — and point their fingers at all these people and call them criminals, say they committed treason, then do something about it," Greene told the outlet.

"If they make these accusations, but yet hold no one accountable, they're going to lose everybody. They're going to lose a vast majority of people who really were told they had to care about this, and they cared about it, but yet nothing got done," she added.

Greene said in an interview with the Daily Mail over the weekend that she doesn't know whether "the Republican Party is leaving me, or if I'm kind of not relating to the Republican Party as much anymore" after blasting the Trump administration and the bulk of the GOP over other topics such as the backing of Israel and Ukraine in the wars against Hamas and Russia, and the handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Asked about her decision to call Israel's actions in Gaza a genocide, Greene told The Hill that it is "easy" to do so. "And I think Israel has made clear what they want to do. They really want to, basically, move all the Palestinians out of Gaza, and that's what they're in the process of systematically doing," she claimed. Greene is so far the only Republican to label the country's actions as a genocide.

"They are in talks of trying to get other countries to take Palestinian refugees. So I don't think it can be any more clear," she added.
