Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry have been the subject of online discussion for the past few days, and most of it is negative. Sources close to the royals have said that the Duchess of Sussex feels “isolation” in the U.K. because of what is happening, and it is also difficult for her because she can’t defend herself in public.

Sources close to Duchess Meghan told US Weekly that she has a “sense of isolation” in the U.K. The insiders added that she is “subject to cruel British media.” After all the negative things that are being said about her, she is not allowed to defend herself and this is making it difficult for her to deal with the situation.

One problem that Duchess Meghan is facing is that she is constantly being compared to her sister-in-law Duchess Kate. Prince Harry’s wife feels that Duchess Kate has set a very high standard, and the public is using that as a yardstick to measure her.

“It’s discouraging that the British public holds her up to that,” the insider said about the standard Duchess Kate has set.

Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell previously said to US Magazine that Duchess Kate knows that Duchess Meghan is not a threat to her, and the latter knows that the two of them have very different roles to play in the royal family. He also pointed out that the two women are different people from different cultures.

Duchess Meghan was born in California, and she was an actress before she quit her job and married Prince Harry. Duchess Kate on the other hand was raised in England, like her husband Prince William.

One particular problem that Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry have faced recently is the criticism by people for using private jets while preaching about climate change to others. However, celebrities have come out in defence of the couple. Ellen DeGeneress took to Twitter to point out that the couple has been attacked for everything they do, while all they are doing is trying to make the world a better place.
