Cancer is a disease that plagues many people nationwide and has become the number one killer in America. While there are many researchers working on finding cures, many people are currently battling the beast, including Michael Buble's son Noah.
According to E Online, Michael Buble and his wife Luisana Lopilato's three-year-old son Noah has been diagnosed with cancer. The announcement went viral this morning as the couple shared the news with fans via Facebook.
In the post, Lopilato's shared that the couple is taking a break from their own responsibilities and are devoting their attention to getting Noah in the best bill of health.
"We are devastated by the recent cancer diagnosis of our eldest son Noah who is currently in treatment in the United States," the couple writes. "We've always talked a lot about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.Luisana and I are going to spend all our time and attention to help Noah to get better, by suspending our professional activities for now."
The couple also continued to ask for prayers and for people to respect the family's privacy as they are currently going through this ordeal.
"During this difficult time, we ask that you pray for him and please respect our privacy," the statement continued. "We have a long road ahead of us and we hope that with the support of our family, friends, fans around the world and our faith in God, we can win this battle."
This road is going to be an extremely difficult one for the couple. Buble and his wife share two young sons, Noah and Elias so keeping things as normal as possible is going to be rough but they will make it work.
The "Nobody But Me" often engages in concerts and other appearances which may keep him away from the family but he is taking a step back and spending more time with his family that keeps him grounded.
