Minor Boys Sexually Assault 5-Year-Old In Bihar, Guardians Hide Accused

India has been the spot for unusual and grim sex attacks but this one involving three children has to be one of the controversial and surprising to date. Two boys, aged 10 and 11 years old have been accused of sexually assaulting a five-year-old minor girl last Saturday.

According to reports, the three were playing in an area before the two boys took the girl behind the bushes. The incident, which happened around 5:30 p.m., ended up with the 5-year-old allegedly being gang-raped. She ended up with bloodstains on her clothes and came out crying.

The unnamed girl told her mother the whole ordeal who in turn reported it to authorities. However, the guardians of the two boys made the necessary arrangements and sent off the two boys away. The elder boy is a resident while the younger one is from Uttar Pradesh and was staying with his grandfather in the village.

Once the mother of the girl reported the matter to the police, the older boy was transported somewhere else while the other was immediately sent back to Uttar Pradesh. Aside from the two boys, the male representatives for both were nowhere to be found in the village when the police went to check on them. The female members of the family were ordered to produce the minors and show them to the police.

As of Wednesday, only the elder boy was presented to the police. He underwent medical examinations and will next appear in court to determine the next steps. The names of the two boys were given to the women’s police station per SHO Pramila Kumari.

Also, the younger of the two accused boys who were sent back to Uttar Pradesh has been ordered to appear before the police. He is likely to be presented in the coming days next.
