For anime fans who are following Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, part 2 is coming. But it appears that wait will soon come to an end with an official release date has been revealed.

After "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation" premiered on the Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto and BS11 channels last Jan. 10 narrating the tale of a 34-year-old man who was killed but reincarnated in a different world as Rudeus Greyrat. It is a new life for him and he starts by being reborn as a baby. Towards the end of the synopsis, Rudeus was still referred to as a “pervert.”

However, the difference is that Rudeus still carries knowledge from his previous life. He puts this to good use and becomes a formidable warrior ready for a new adventure. The show has become a big hit with Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation trending in Japan after releasing its first cour finale.

This likely proved more than enough to have another sequel for the hit manga series. Showrunners shared multiple glimpses of the anime series on social media that all the more ramps up the excitement for the series. Better yet, a release date has been revealed and it will be happening in July 2021.

Manabu Okamoto is the one directing the series at Studio Bind. Kazutaka Sugiyama is the one behind the design of the characters with Yuiko Ōhara producing, writing, scoring and singing the opening and ending theme songs.

The popular Japanese anime series also aired on Sun TV while it was streamed in the United States, Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom, Ireland and Mexico by Funimation.
