New allegations of sexual harassment against Kevin Spacey, the disgraced star, have come to light as he continues to escape the public eye and remain neck-deep in a host of legal problems, more than three years after the first sexual harassment and abuse charges were leveled against him.

A confidential arbitration between Spacey, 61, and his former employer reveals alarming new claims against the Oscar winner, including that he assaulted a young “House of Cards” production assistant and an actor auditioning for the show, The Hollywood Reporter wrote in a lengthy account.

In 2017, after actor Anthony Rapp first accused Spacey of making sexual advances towards him when he was 14, a number of other alleged victims followed suit, The New York Times reported. Spacey had responded to the #Metoo allegations with a statement that said he didn’t have any memory of the incident. However, he extended an apology if he had behaved inappropriately in his inebriated state.

As multiple accusations of sexual assault were made against Spacey nearly four years ago, the Oscar winner withdrew from public life to reflect, evaluate, and heal. In what might be termed as the fall of his career, his talent agent and publicist dismissed him, he was written out of the final season of "House of Cards" which he was famed for, and replaced by Christopher Plummer in Ridley Scott's "All the Money in the World".

Spacey inched deep into the rabbit hole of allegations that surfaced one after the other. The two-time Oscar nominee was accused of sexual harassment by more than 30 people.

Spacey allegedly drove a young actor to the Getty Center after he first denied an invite to Spacey's room, and groped him. Two massage therapists have also officially barred Spacey from their services following sexual harassment allegations.

Ever since the actor has been alleged as a serial sexual offender, his chances of getting back to work are close to naught. "There comes a tipping point where the number of allegations in the number of jurisdictions reaches a critical mass," said Greenberg Glusker partner Priya Sopori, a former federal prosecutor.

Page Six reported that Spacey countersued his former employer, claiming that it owes him money for unlawfully withholding his payments after accusations of sexual harassment against minors first emerged in 2017.

The star, who is now barely seen in public, is embroiled in a series of legal disputes that span continents, including charges of criminal sexual harassment and litigation.
